AI/ML Architect

You will be responsible for:

• Designing architectures for GenAI applications, including RAG and agentic workflows
• Developing and maintaining Python code, APIs, and microservices for AI integration
• Reviewing code and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborating with stakeholders and participating in presales activities
• Working with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate AI models
• Evaluating GenAI model performance through experiments and testing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Using coding agents to continuously improve development workflows
• Staying up to date with GenAI advancements and contributing to an innovative team culture

Additional advantages, but not required:

• Knowledge of another object-oriented language (Java/C#/C++)
• Familiarity with ML algorithms and libraries such as scikit-learn and PyTorch
• Experience with clinical data processing or pharma R&D use cases

What you will need:

• At least 8 years of experience and strong proficiency in the Python ecosystem
• Experience building Python back-end services using FastAPI or Flask, SQL, and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of clean code and design patterns, with a focus on high-quality solutions
• Experience writing robust unit tests
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Very good command of English and Polish
• Strong communication and presentation skills
