AI/ML Engineer – AWS - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven product features in production
• Build applications leveraging LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other ML techniques
• Develop and maintain retrieval-based systems using enterprise data, documents, and knowledge sources
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, APIs, and business tools in secure environments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions
• Continuously improve system performance through testing, evaluation, monitoring, and iteration
• Deploy and manage AI workloads in cloud environments following best engineering practices
• Contribute to AI capabilities supporting finance, compliance, risk, audit, and related domains

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI development, and software engineering
• Proven experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production at scale
• Background in product-based companies where AI is part of the core offering
• Demonstrated ability to take AI solutions from prototype to production
• Experience collaborating with data science teams to operationalize models and experiments.
