Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models, as well as hands-on experience with advanced techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and Ollama (running locally).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models to address diverse business needs.
• Leverage RAG and LangChain to build innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Work with tools and technologies, including Ollama for locally running AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, integrating new trends and tools into ongoing projects.
• Ensure models are efficient, scalable, and production-ready.
• Deploy AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with RAG, LangChain, and locally running AI solutions like Ollama.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to optimize AI models for real-world applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Location: This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
• Commuting Requirement: Candidates from other cities must be willing to commute daily. Remote work is not an option for this role.
