AI/ML Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Azure AI services.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and related orchestration frameworks.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications leveraging vector databases and advanced retrieval techniques.
• Design and implement scalable AI services and APIs using FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous Python.
• Build and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services and cloud-native environments.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM performance, accuracy, and user experience.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Implement model monitoring, evaluation, testing, and performance optimization processes.
• Utilize GitLab-based development workflows and contribute to CI/CD implementation for AI applications.
• Support deployment and operationalization of AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 7 to 14 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, including Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, and modern AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions using vector databases and retrieval techniques.
• Proficiency in FastAPI, Pydantic, and asynchronous Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI performance optimization techniques.
• Experience using GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and AI deployment best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
