AI / ML Engineer - Product Management

We are looking for someone who has experience in AI/ML Engineer but ready to move to Product Management.

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in software development in technical leadership, product management, or similar roles.
• Must possess a strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration, and modern AI architectures.
• Have experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation techniques.
• Experience leading product design through the entire lifecycle, from concept and wireframes to MVP and final release.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent).
• Be comfortable defining and optimizing system-level metrics such as accuracy, completion rate, latency, and user trust.
• Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively, with the ability to drive alignment and decision-making at multiple levels.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
