Role Overview

The Sr. Software Engineer designs, develops, integrates and supports secure enterprise applications, automation platforms,

data solutions and AI-enabled products. The role converts business requirements into scalable technology solutions that

improve operational efficiency, process visibility and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain enterprise web applications, portals and business solutions.
• Develop and integrate solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language

Processing, Large Language Models(LLM) and Small Language Models(SLM), AI orchestrations.

• Create intelligent assistants, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, recommendation engines and

predictive analytics applications for approved business use cases.

• Integrate applications with SAP, enterprise databases, REST APIs, web services and cloud platforms.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines, data models and database solutions with appropriate validation, traceability and

performance controls,Develop dashboards.

• Automate business processes using Power Automate and custom workflow solutions.
• Apply secure coding practices and support remediation of cybersecurity, SSL, authentication, authorization, compliance

and VAPT observations.

• Manage releases, application deployment, production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and performance

optimization.

• Prepare solution designs, technical documentation, SOPs, deployment guides, user manuals and knowledge-transfer

materials.

• Experience with system integration, relational databases, APIs, automation and analytical dashboards.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application, data, integration and deployment issues.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder collaboration and ownership skills.
