Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for predictive modeling.
- Develop AI/ML applications using Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Deploy models into production and monitor their performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
- Perform model tuning, validation, and optimization.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and data processing.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLM, RAG, LangChain, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying ML models at scale.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
