  • Strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, training, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.

  • Deep knowledge of Computer Vision, Core Deep Learning, and Neural Network architectures.

  • Experience with modern AI/ML development including:

  • Advanced vision models for detection, segmentation, and classification.

  • Multimodal systems integrating vision, language, and sensor data.

  • Spatial intelligence techniques such as 3D scene understanding and reconstruction.

  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks and production-grade programming languages.

  • Expertise in optimizing models for performance and efficiency, especially in resource-constrained environments.

  • Familiarity with deployment pipelines and model optimization for diverse hardware targets.

  • Strong leadership skills including mentoring, technical direction, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply machine learning frameworks to create robust AI solutions tailored to construction site challenges.
  • Utilize and adapt existing Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and agents.
  • Lead data curation efforts and conduct rigorous data quality assessments to prepare datasets for continuous automated model updates and improvements.
  • Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team to deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud environments, enabling rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Take full ownership of assigned components from initial conception through production deployment and ongoing monitoring.
  • Provide technical leadership by driving key decisions, mentoring team members, and fostering collaboration across engineering and product teams.
  • Optimize machine learning models and pipelines for scalability, efficiency, and performance.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range from $152,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for a corporate bonus of up to 30%.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Access to cutting-edge technology and large-scale data resources.
