AI/ML Ops Engineer

We seek a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Ops Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Ops Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing AI/ML solutions that enhance legal insights, automate document processing, and improve case management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Deployment and Optimization:

• Develop and deploy scalable machine learning models to process legal data efficiently.
• Ensure AI services integrate seamlessly with the platform used by defense attorneys.

Pipeline Development:

• Build robust pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of machine learning solutions.
• Automate data preprocessing, training, validation, and deployment workflows.
• Implement solutions across various cloud vendors.
• Drive quality process and testing around ML/AI domains.

System Monitoring:

• Set up monitoring solutions to track model performance, detect drift, and manage resource usage.
• Optimize models and infrastructure for reliability, low latency, and cost efficiency.

Collaboration:

• Work with the product team to align AI capabilities with attorney workflow requirements.

Compliance and Security:

• Implement measures to ensure AI/ML systems comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Secure sensitive legal data with robust privacy mechanisms.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Expertise in building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of .NET/Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of the English language.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with document classification, entity extraction, and NLP models.
