AI/ML Python Software Developer
Summary
Build and deploy AI/ML models in Python for HR software, integrating them with backend systems using Django and Kubernetes.
Overview
- AI models development: defining the problem, collecting and preprocessing data, selecting algorithms, training the model, evaluating performance, and deploying it into production
- Participation in the full development cycle: from requirements, specification up to architecture, software development and system tests.
- Cooperation with Colleagues from other R&D Centers around the world

- Designing and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines
- Integrating AI/ML models with existing backend systems
- Excellent programming skills in Python 3+
- Good knowledge of unit test libraries: unittest, pytest
- Experience with Pandas, Numpy, XGBoost libraries
- Experience in software development for Linux
- Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, containers mechanism in Linux
- Creativity and strong problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree and more than 6 years of experience in area of telecommunication /computer science (including duration of master\'s degree)
