AI/ML Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and productionize machine learning and generative AI applications using Python.
• Build LLM-powered workflows, retrieval-augmented applications, and tool-integrated solutions using LangChain.
• Develop stateful, multi-step AI workflows and orchestration patterns with LangGraph.
• Evaluate model outputs, establish appropriate quality controls, and improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, implementation, code reviews, and production readiness.

Skills Required:

• Strong professional experience developing software and AI/ML solutions with Python.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, evaluation, and application integration.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph for AI workflow orchestration.

Good to Have:

• Experience with agentic AI architectures and autonomous task-oriented workflows.
• Experience developing APIs and AI services with FastAPI.

Education:

• B.Tech, B.E., MCA, B.Sc., or M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
