Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days a week
Experience: 6+ years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Budget: Up to AED 20,000 per month
Interview Process: 3 rounds of video interviews
Shift: Day shift
Key Responsibilities
- Coach Agile teams in adopting and improving AI-Native delivery practices.
- Apply Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe principles.
- Improve delivery flow, transparency, quality and continuous improvement.
- Enable teams to use approved AI tools across planning, development, testing and collaboration.
- Track delivery outcomes, team health and performance metrics.
- Identify impediments, dependencies and systemic delivery challenges.
- Build team autonomy and share best practices across multiple teams.
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of overall experience.
- Proven experience coaching Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban and continuous improvement.
- Experience establishing and maturing team delivery practices.
- Ability to identify systemic issues and facilitate cross-team resolution.
- Practical understanding of AI-enabled software delivery.
- Experience with Jira or similar work-management tools.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
- Relevant Agile or coaching certification such as PSM, SAFe Practice Consultant, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF or equivalent.
Relocation Requirements
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work onsite five days a week. A valid passport and written confirmation of onsite and relocation willingness are mandatory.
