AI Native Full Stack Developer – AI/UX (HYBRID/MAKATI)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong hands‑on experience with UX/Product Design, Python and modern full-stack development.

• Demonstrated experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered products or features; portfolio/project examples are required.

• Experience working with LLMs, Generative AI, AI APIs, or AI-enabled applications.

• Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including tokens, context windows, temperature, prompt sensitivity, model limitations and hallucinations.

• Hands‑on experience using AI-native development and productivity tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, v0, or similar.

• Experience designing and developing user-centric digital products, with a strong understanding of user flows, interaction design and usability.

• Experience working in a cross‑functional product team alongside engineers, product managers and/or designers.

• Ability to design and develop AI experiences that address streaming outputs, latency, uncertainty, errors and fallback scenarios.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

• Portfolio or project examples demonstrating at least one AI-integrated product or feature is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RAG, AI agents, conversational AI, chatbots or voice interfaces.

• Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, vector databases or AI orchestration tools.

• Experience with responsible AI principles, including transparency, user control and error recovery.

• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions or design systems.
