We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who is highly proficient in AI-assisted development across the entire software stack and knows how to combine strong engineering fundamentals with modern AI tools to build better products, faster.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT

You should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, database, API, and infrastructure.

Our current and potential stack includes:

Frontend

• React

• HTML / CSS
• Modern frontend frameworks
• Node.js
• PHP / Laravel
• Golang
• REST API / GraphQL
• Authentication and third-party integrations

Database

• MongoDB / NoSQL

• Database design, optimization, and performance tuning

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Docker
• Git
• CI/CD
• GCP
• Alibaba Cloud
• Cloud deployment and server management

We care more about your ability to understand systems and learn quickly than being loyal to one particular programming language.

AI PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY

This is the most important requirement.

You must be highly capable of using AI throughout your development workflow.

We expect you to use tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Cursor
• Codex
• Gemini

• MCP / AI tool integrations
• Other emerging AI development tools

But knowing how to prompt ChatGPT is not enough.

You should know how to use AI for:

AI-ASSISTED SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE

• Analyze requirements

• Generate technical specifications
• Evaluate technology choices
• Design APIs

AI-ASSISTED CODING

• Generate production-quality code
• Refactor existing code
• Understand unfamiliar codebases
• Create APIs
• Accelerate frontend development
• Migrate legacy applications

You must also know when AI-generated code is wrong.

AI-ASSISTED DEBUGGING

• Analyze errors and logs
• Diagnose application bugs
• Trace backend issues
• Detect security vulnerabilities
• Identify performance bottlenecks

AI-ASSISTED TESTING

• Unit testing
• Integration testing
• API testing
• Regression testing
• Code review

AI-ASSISTED DEVOPS

• Docker configuration
• Server configuration
• Deployment scripts
• Monitoring and log analysis

BUILDING WITH AI

Beyond using AI for coding, you should understand how to build AI into products.

Experience in some of these areas is highly valuable:
