AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer (React + Node.js)

Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients across the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We are looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer who leverages AI as a core part of the software development lifecycle rather than just a coding assistant. In this role, you will build scalable web applications, rapidly prototype new ideas, integrate AI capabilities into products, and contribute to delivering innovative AI-first solutions.

Job Requirements:
4+ years of commercial experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
Strong knowledge of React (Next.js is a plus)
Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS and/or Express)
Proficiency in TypeScript
Experience working with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
Solid understanding of REST API design and integration
Experience deploying applications using Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Render, AWS, or GCP
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in English
Daily use of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar
Experience using AI for:Code generation
Debugging and troubleshooting
Refactoring existing code
Rapid MVP development
Test generation
Documentation creation

Strong understanding of AI-first development workflows
Ability to effectively validate and review AI-generated code
LLM & AI Integration Experience

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with LangGraph
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Experience using n8n
Experience with Supabase
Experience with Vercel AI SDK
Experience working with Vector Databases

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack web applications
Build new product features using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs using AI-assisted development workflows
Integrate LLMs and AI services into production applications
Build AI-powered features such as intelligent search, recommendations, document processing, and conversational experiences
Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services
Work with SQL databases and optimize application performance
Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure production quality
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers
Continuously improve development processes through AI-native engineering practices
