Summary

Fullstack Python developer at Kruko in Rzeszów who builds software in an AI-native workflow, using Claude Code agents for implementation, testing, debugging and code review while owning architecture, security and delivery.

We’re looking for a software engineer who knows how to get things done in an AI-driven development environment.

At Kruko, AI agents are a core part of how we build software. We use Claude Code extensively across development, testing, debugging, code review and everyday engineering workflows.

We’re not looking for someone who simply uses AI to generate snippets of code. We want someone who can turn complex problems into working solutions by combining technical knowledge, independent thinking, creativity and effective use of AI agents. We value adaptability, problem-solving and ownership more than the number of lines of code you can write by hand.

AI handles a significant part of the implementation work. Engineers stay responsible for architecture, correctness, security, verification and delivery. We encourage experimentation and independent thinking. We don’t expect you to follow one rigid workflow; we expect you to build an effective one and keep improving it.

If you enjoy experimenting with new approaches, building your own workflows and finding smarter ways to deliver reliable software, you’ll fit right in.

Our goal is not to write more code. It’s to deliver better software, faster.

We offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and skills
  • B2B contract or employment contract
  • Flexible working hours
  • An international team working on challenging software projects
  • The opportunity to shape and improve AI-native software development workflows
