AI Native Platform Architect
You will lead the architecture design and technical delivery of an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform. You will develop AI Agent platform capabilities for task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory, and multi-agent collaboration. You will implement AI-assisted engineering workflows for coding, solution generation, testing, reporting, and environment deployment. You will build knowledge augmentation capabilities using RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs, and establish secure, governable AI Agent runtime frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architecture design and core capability development of the AI Agent platform
- Drive AI Native capabilities across engineering workflows, including coding, solution generation, testing, reporting, and environment deployment
- Build the platform knowledge augmentation layer using RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs
- Establish AI Agent runtime and governance frameworks for isolation, permissions, auditing, evaluation, stability, and cost governance
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations to standardize, productionize, and scale platform capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 8+ years of backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java and Python
- Strong understanding of LLM and AI Agent architectures
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Familiarity with AI coding tools or frameworks including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot
- Experience designing or developing RAG, GraphRAG, or knowledge graph solutions
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
