AI Native Product Designer

We’re looking for an AI Native Product Designer with a strong builder mindset — someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into a working consumer product.

You’ll be comfortable owning the process end-to-end: exploring concepts, prototyping, validating ideas, working with AI and vibe-coding tools, and iterating quickly until something is ready to ship.

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive and hands-on, who enjoys experimenting, moves fast, and doesn’t need a perfect brief to get started.

• Design 0→1 consumer products: from concepts and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, UI and MVP.
• Quickly explore multiple product directions, prototype ideas and validate what is worth building.
• Create working prototypes with AI tools and use AI as part of your everyday design and product workflow.
• Work closely with developers and vibe-coders during implementation — not just prepare Figma files and wait for handoff.
• Conduct lightweight research: competitor analysis, user testing and hypothesis validation.
• Iterate based on user feedback, product data and early results.
• Build and evolve UI kits and design systems that enable fast product development.
• Contribute to design processes and cross-product initiatives.

• 4–5+ years in Product / UX Design — proven autonomy matters more than the exact number of years.
• Strong 0→1 experience: you’ve taken a product from an idea to MVP and/or launch.
• A genuinely AI-native workflow — using AI not only for copy or research, but for prototyping, design exploration, coding and experimentation.
• Experience with consumer / B2C products, ideally mobile, subscription, AI, lifestyle, entertainment or creator products.
• Strong UX and UI skills with high visual taste.
• Expert-level Figma: Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Properties, Tokens.
• Experience building design systems / UI kits and thinking in reusable components and patterns.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Code, Figma Make, Cursor, Codex, v0, Lovable or similar.
• Basic understanding of frontend: HTML/CSS, responsive layouts, components, states, and basic React/JS concepts.
• Comfortable working directly with developers and AI-assisted / vibe-coding teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, incomplete briefs and rapidly changing priorities.
• High speed, strong ownership and a bias toward action.

  • Experience with onboarding, activation, paywalls, monetization, retention or growth.
  • Strong mobile product experience.
  • Experience building AI-powered products.
  • Background in a startup, product studio or agency.
  • Experience in Design Engineering / Creative Technology.
