AI Operations and Research Intern

You will support research and analysis on real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging technology applications. You will collect, clean, and organize data; build lightweight tools or prototypes; coordinate with local stakeholders and external partners; and help test and execute projects across real estate, agriculture, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Support research and analysis across real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging technology applications
• Build small tools or rapid prototypes to improve workflows
• Collect, clean, and organize local and online data for decision-making
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and support operational execution
• Test ideas and move projects from concept to execution
• Support coordination with external partners

Requirements

• Be a student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Have basic coding skills in Python, data handling, or rapid prototyping
• Be based in Florianópolis
