AI Operations Specialist
Job Summary (List Format): AI Operations Specialist
- Manage Enterprise AI Tools: Oversee adoption, administration, and optimization of AI platforms (Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Figma, Cursor, SharePoint AI).
- Technical Support: Provide Tier-2/3 technical support for users, troubleshoot complex issues (API integrations, authentication, platform configuration), and escalate critical incidents.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, FAQs, diagnostic guides, and best practice materials for internal teams.
- License Management & Cost Optimization: Track and allocate licenses, generate usage reports, analyze costs, and support procurement and vendor management processes.
- AI Agent & Application Development: Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents, integrations, and automated solutions; document reusable assets and collaborate with teams to gather requirements.
- Incident & Change Management: Respond to incidents, document root causes, plan and execute upgrades/rollouts, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to governance policies.
- Governance & Enablement: Help develop AI governance policies, create training materials and enablement content, and support organizational AI adoption efforts.
- Technical Skills Utilization: Apply skills in scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL), API integration, Microsoft 365 administration, data analysis, and version control.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, present to leadership, and work across diverse teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI technologies, identify workflow automation opportunities, and contribute to operational excellence.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 1-4 years in operations, IT, or technical support roles.
- Experience with at least 3 AI/developer tools (Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, Figma, Cursor, etc.).
- Demonstrated skills in license tracking, vendor management, troubleshooting, and change management.
- Hands-on scripting/programming and data analysis capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE/BTech from IIT colleges.
- Experience with AI adoption, governance, or ML Ops.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and regulated industries.
