AI Operations Specialist (Start up)

An AI security start-up is looking for an AI Operations Specialist to join their team.
Your new role
• Monitor and support AI applications, agentic AI workflows, and automation platforms.
• Deploy, configure, test, and maintain AI-enabled systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot AI, hardware, electrical, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors on deployments, support, and system upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and drive system performance improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, AI, or related disciplines.
• Experience in technical operations, field support, or systems engineering.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hardware installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to AI platforms, AI agents, LLMs, automation tools, or system integrations is advantageous.
• Hands-on, customer-facing professional with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, radar, IoT, industrial systems, and customer site deployments.
