AI Operations Specialist at Taters Enterprises, Inc., a Filipino snack brand building its own digital command center to improve workflows across HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations. The role involves applying AI tools and skills in a real business environment to solve problems and find smarter ways to work.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to everyday business processes.
- Train and support team members in using AI tools effectively.
- Monitor AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
- Document workflows, best practices, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify and implement practical AI solutions.
About you
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree program or equivalent relevant background.
- Must have completed an AI-related bootcamp, certificate program, or formal training in 2025–2026.
- Must have at least one AI-related portfolio project that can be demonstrated or presented.
- Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or data analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Curious, adaptable, analytical, and willing to learn how different business departments operate.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Python programming is an advantage but is not required for this position.
