AI Partner Development - GTM Pod

You lead Plaid’s AI partnership strategy, identify AI-native partners and use cases, drive partnerships and deals, structure commercial arrangements, develop market perspectives, and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI partnership strategy
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Execute partnership deals
• Identify AI-native partners and use cases
• Structure and execute AI partnerships
• Define commercial structures
• Work with Engineering, Product, Design, and Commercial on technical requirements
• Develop perspectives on AI trends, competition, and partner needs
• Support marketing, enablement, and events
• Build and scale the AI GTM Pod

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate development
• Ability to drive deals and manage external relationships
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from 0 to 1
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with AI companies or developer/API platforms preferred
• Background in fintech or financial infrastructure preferred
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
