AI Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer
About the Role
We are hiring an AI Platform Support Engineer / DevOps Engineer for a leading Financial Services organization. This role will support the operation, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI applications, and data platforms. You will work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable production services and scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for AI applications, GenAI solutions, and data platforms
Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage escalations
Support production deployments, releases, system upgrades, patching, and change management activities
Monitor AI services, data pipelines, platform performance, and system availability
Support AI/ML lifecycle operations, including model deployment and platform maintenance
Collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and business users to ensure service reliability
Maintain support documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories
Identify automation opportunities to improve platform efficiency and operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, AI, or related disciplines
4+ years of experience in Platform Support, Application Support, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or AI Platform environments
Strong production support and incident management experience
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
