You will build and operate the AI platform’s integration, governance, and enablement layers. You will manage connectors, authentication, spend controls, provisioning, data controls, model configuration, internal tooling, and technical documentation. You will also support teams directly and deliver technical enablement for tool and model rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI platform integrations and production runbooks
- Own connector onboarding, authentication, reliability, and vendor escalations
- Build internal tooling, evaluation harnesses, automation, and system integrations
- Configure spend controls, alerting, exception queues, and vendor reconciliation
- Implement data handling, retention, identity, entitlement, and workspace controls
- Administer model, feature, provisioning, vendor, and seat configurations
- Deliver technical enablement and office hours
- Create technical documentation and knowledge-base material
