Summary
Design and enforce AI standards across SAP, Salesforce, Azure, and M365, integrating GenAI and AI agents while guiding cross-functional teams on responsible innovation.

- In this role, you will guide the technical foundation for Vaillant Group’s AI strategy across key platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, M365), fostering a culture of responsible innovation.
- You will develop and enforce AI standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices while integrating emerging AI technologies and trends.
- In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain robust AI solutions and support the AI Architect with platform-specific expertise.
- You will lead PoCs and MVPs to evaluate technical feasibility of use cases, maintaining a roadmap of AI capabilities within the platform.
- You will ensure alignment with AI ethics, security, and privacy standards by working with the AI Office, IT Security, and Information Security teams.
- Finally, you will champion knowledge sharing and inclusive collaboration, mentoring colleagues and driving change across Vaillant with kindness.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: You have a university degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, with a focus on Data Science or Data/ML Engineering.
- Experience: You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, particularly in an Advanced Analytics / AI context, and a proven track record in Generative AI (GenAI) or AI agents within Azure, M365, SAP, or Salesforce.
- Know-how and skills: You have proven experience with generative AI, AI agents, and cloud platforms such as MS Azure, M365, Salesforce, and SAP, and knowledge of AI ethics, security, and privacy standards.
- Nice to have: You have knowledge of AI ethics, security, and privacy standards; experience with governance frameworks and change management would be a plus.
- Personality: You are a collaborative, empathetic, and proactive, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences and to foster teamwork.
- Language skills: You are fluent in English; German language skills would be a plus.
