【Job Description】
We are looking for an AI Platform Operation Engineer with strong capabilities in AI platform operations, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration to support the daily operation, service management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms across the group.

This role will be responsible for understanding platform-related requirements, managing platform services, coordinating resource allocation, governing access control, supporting users, and driving operational improvements, while working closely with data, infrastructure, security, development, and business teams to ensure the AI platform is standardized, stable, and scalable.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the AI platform to ensure service stability, availability, and performance.
• Work closely with platform users and internal teams to understand needs related to AI development, model training, inference deployment, and application integration, and provide the appropriate platform support.
• Support the management of platform accounts, access control, resource quotas, and usage processes, ensuring compliance with governance and security requirements.
• Monitor platform resource utilization, including CPU, GPU, storage, network, and job scheduling, and assist with capacity planning and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and development teams to resolve platform incidents, performance bottlenecks, integration issues, and user-reported problems.
• Establish and continuously improve platform operation mechanisms, including operational manuals, service workflows, incident handling, change management, and user support processes.
• Assist in the deployment and management of AI platform-related components and capabilities, such as model serving, notebook environments, workflows, API services, monitoring, and logging mechanisms.
• Drive the standardization and platformization of AI capabilities to improve platform reusability, maintainability, and support for multiple teams.
• Support platform upgrades, feature validation, POC acceptance, and production rollout preparation.
• Collect user feedback and improvement requests to continuously enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

【Required Qualifications】

• 3+ years of experience in platform operations, system administration, backend systems, DevOps, MLOps, or related technical domains.
• Solid experience with Linux environments and hands-on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance skills.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Shell, or Java, to support automation and integration tasks.
• Basic understanding of APIs, service integration, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization and platform technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
• Strong cross-functional communication and requirement analysis skills, with the ability to translate user needs into actionable platform support solutions.
• Basic understanding of AI / ML platforms, including model development, training, deployment, inference, and operational workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate issue resolution across multiple systems and teams.
