We are currently have an exciting opportunity for an AI Platform Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Platforms, Secrets Management, and Applied Artificial Intelligence.

Position: AI Platform Reliability Engineer
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Primary Tech Stack: Python, IaC (Terraform), AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Observability, Applied AI / RAG Workflows
Location: [City Name / Hybrid]
Key Objective: Drive AI-assisted platform operations, automated diagnostics, self-service developer tools, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and operate secure cloud platform services using Python, IaC, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Develop AI-enabled operational capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge tools, diagnostics, and data pipelines.
• Analyze system health and performance using modern observability tools, participate in on-call rotation, and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage platform disaster recovery, upgrades, change management, and secrets management lifecycles.

Desired Profile:
4+ years of hands-on SRE or Platform Engineering experience.
Strong Python development skills for systems analysis, automation, and AI integrations.
Practical experience with AWS/Azure, Linux, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform).
Exposure to AI concepts, RAG architectures, or vector databases.
