AI Platform & Site Reliability Engineering Consultant

Salary: £88,000 - 96,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SRE, cloud operations, or DevOps
• Proven consulting or advisory background
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong observability and incident management expertise
• Ability to obtain UK SC clearance; UK residency is required

Responsibilities:

• Define and embed SRE engagement models aligned with modern engineering and traditional ITSM/ITIL practices
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets
• Shape observability strategies using metrics, logs, and traces
• Design incident response models and post-incident learning loops
• Reduce toil through automation and engineering excellence
• Deliver SRE capability assessments and roadmaps
• Advise senior stakeholders
• Lead and shape client engagements focused on reliability, resilience, and modern cloud operations
