AI-Powered Support Engineer - Data & Ops

Fetcherr is seeking a Customer Support Engineer with a strong data background to assist clients and resolve data-related issues on the Fetcherr platform.

Based in Warsaw, you will work five days a week with shifts including nights and weekends, monitor data pipelines, and coordinate with Data, DE and Product teams. You will communicate clearly with end-users and stakeholders. Your Python and SQL skills will help troubleshoot problems and support delivery of reliable AI-driven solutions.
