Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with:
- Identifying tasks and processes suitable for automation
- Setting up and maintaining basic AI and automation workflows
- Supporting data capturing, reporting, and process tracking activities
- Creating templates, forms, spreadsheets, and simple workflow systems
- Assisting staff with the use of AI tools and process improvements
- Streamlining administrative, operational, stock, sales, and reporting functions
- Testing automation solutions and reporting any issues or inefficiencies
- Documenting processes, procedures, and implemented improvements
Minimum Requirements
- Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, systems, or business processes
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheets and online platforms
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn new software and emerging technologies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Advantageous Skills & Experience
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms
- Previous experience in administration, operations, IT, or systems-related roles
