AI Product Analyst (1 year contract)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demand & Use Case Development

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI use cases based on business value and feasibility
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined requirements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes

AI Product Development

• Design and build AI workflows leveraging prompt engineering, copilots, and automation tools; hands-on development of single-agent solutions is required
• Convert business and user needs into product features, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and effective AI solutions

Product Management

• Define evaluation frameworks, including accuracy, relevance, and output quality
• Support roadmap prioritization and backlog management in partnership with the regional AI leader
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of issues

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Drive training, adoption, and user engagement initiatives to maximize solution impact

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Business Analytics, or related field
• 0–2 years’ experience in IT Business Analysis orsimilar role
• Basic knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG concepts
• Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics (e.g precision, recall, hallucination)
• Exposure to tools like Copilot Studio, Azure AI/ OpenAI APIs, and Power Automate
• Understanding of Agile practices and software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with an experimental, test-and-learn mindset
