AI Product Development Intern

Job Title: AI Product Development Intern
Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities:

• Deep Product Deconstruction & Internalization: Rapidly learn and master the company’s core technology stack. Gain a profound understanding of the underlying logic and application scenarios in telecommunications, audio noise reduction, Speech-to-Text (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• AI-Driven Rapid Implementation: Leverage AI-native programming tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot to transform the mentor’s creative ideas for product enhancement into high-quality code and functional Proof of Concepts (PoC).

• Product Usability Evolution: Tackle real-world pain points in telecom business scenarios (e.g., semantic extraction accuracy in noisy environments, RAG retrieval quality, and Agent response stability). Design and implement optimization strategies using cutting-edge AI workflows.

• Full-Stack Prototyping & Design: Utilize generative UI tools like v0.dev and Claude Engineer to rapidly build and iterate UI/UX prototypes, ensuring that hardcore telecommunications products deliver a modern and seamless AI interaction experience.

• API Development & Integration: Design, develop, and debug backend APIs with AI assistance to ensure the seamless integration of core AI capabilities with existing telecom systems or third-party platforms (e.g., Feishu, Telegram).

• Technical Roadmap Co-creation: Actively participate in technical discussions, research the latest open-source AI projects and model strategies, and collaborate with the team to identify innovative technical paths for product competitiveness in the AI era.

• Currently posseses a Bachelor’s / Pursuing Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

• Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)

• Good understanding of system design, APIs, and backend logic

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, or RAG)

• Comfortable using or learning AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ideas into working prototypes

• Proactive, fast learner with good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to speak / work in Chinese preferred

Bonus (not required):

• Experience building AI or full-stack projects

• Exposure to cloud platforms or real-time communication systems

• GitHub or portfolio showcasing relevant work
