Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an AI Product Engineer. Data Scientist with AI specialization drives the design and delivery of advanced intelligent solutions that transform how the business operates and makes decisions. This role focuses on developing scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems, leveraging large language models, retrieval augmented approaches, and agent-based architectures, while ensuring seamless integration across platforms and data sources.
What are the Job Responsibilities:
- Build GenAI & agentic solutions - RAG pipelines, LLM applications and multi-agent workflows - the core of the 2027–30 roadmap.
- Develop on the central agentic platform (Databricks) through the AI gateway; integrate tools and data via MCP.
- Build & curate vector stores and retrieval; own prompt engineering and systematic evaluation.
- Implement LLMOps - evals, guardrails, token/cost monitoring - within the governance framework.
- Ship the headline use cases: Intelligent Order Tool, AI-powered Command Center 2.0, knowledge/analytics agents.
What are the Qualifications?
- Experience in end-to-end development of AI products, from requirements gathering until deployment to production.
- Python; LLM / GenAI frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar); RAG; vector databases
- Databricks (Mosaic AI / model serving), API integration, the AI gateway, MCP
- Prompt engineering, evaluation & LLMOps; SQL
- 3–6 yrs experience; demonstrated GenAI / agentic work in production or advanced prototypes
- CS / AI / ML or equivalent
