AI Product Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Own the software architecture of AI products — design scalable, maintainable, secure systems (APIs, microservices, event flows, data contracts) and document architecture decisions

· Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products using Generative AI and Predictive AI for customers and financial advisors
Set and enforce engineering standards — code review, testing strategy, CI/CD, observability, security and cost discipline

· Coach and mentor junior/mid engineers: pair programming, design reviews, technical feedback, and structured skill-development plans

· Architect GenAI solutions (RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings/vector stores, agentic workflows, fine-tuning) and select the right approach per use case

· Own production reliability of AI services — latency, uptime, scalability, model/version management, and incident response

· Define evaluation frameworks for AI quality (accuracy, hallucination, latency, cost) and implement guardrails, content filtering, and human-in-the-loop controls

· Partner with business stakeholders and the Team Lead to shape the AI product roadmap, scope trade-offs, and estimate effort

· Evaluate emerging AI/ML technology, run technical spikes, and propose new products that create measurable value for customers and advisors

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field

• 4+ years in software or AI engineering, including 1+ years shipping production AI/ML products

• Strong Python and LLM skills (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs), plus hands-on GenAI experience (RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows)

• Proven experience designing production architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud, Docker, CI/CD)

• Experience mentoring engineers, and strong communication skills

• Native-level Thai and good working proficiency in English
