AI Product Manager (AI Adoption & Optimization)

Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to drive AI adoption and process optimization across the R&D team. This role will act as the AI representative within the Product team, helping identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance product capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong product mindset, hands-on experience using AI tools, and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable AI initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define priorities, develop roadmaps, and drive successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Process Optimization

• Act as the AI advocate and subject matter representative within the Product team

• Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI solutions

• Evaluate, prioritize, and recommend AI initiatives based on business impact and operational value

• Develop implementation roadmaps and business cases for AI-related projects

• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and other functions to drive adoption of AI tools and best practices

• Monitor initiative effectiveness and continuously optimize AI-enabled workflows

Product Innovation

• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into existing products and business services

• Gather business requirements and assess potential AI use cases

• Define product requirements and collaborate with Engineering teams to translate ideas into deliverable solutions

• Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends

Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams

• Build alignment on AI priorities and project roadmaps

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation and adoption

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of Product Management or related experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work or business environments

• Demonstrated ability to identify business problems and propose technology-driven solutions

• Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience gathering requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholder expectations

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities

• Passionate about AI technologies and emerging industry trends

Nice-to-Have

• Experience driving process improvement, digital transformation, or automation initiatives

• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Cursor, Dify, Microsoft Copilot, or similar solutions

• Experience working with B2B or SaaS products

• Understanding of AI workflows, prompt design, or automation concepts

• Experience working closely with software engineering teams

• Project management experience across cross-functional teams
