AI Product Manager

Role Overview :

As an AI Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge machine learning research and scalable product engineering. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven features that solve complex business problems for our global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the end-to-end product strategy for AI and Machine Learning initiatives to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and customer needs.

- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product roadmaps for engineering and data science teams to accelerate the deployment of high-impact AI features.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the core product ecosystem.

- Monitor and analyze model performance metrics and user feedback loops to continuously refine algorithms and improve the accuracy and utility of AI-driven outputs.

- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through to post-launch optimization, ensuring that AI solutions deliver tangible ROI and competitive advantages for our clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex product lifecycles in an AI-first environment, with a deep understanding of machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and model evaluation metrics.

- Proven track record of communicating technical product strategy to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data-driven insights to make informed decisions that improve product performance and user experience.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional team dynamics and foster a culture of innovation and rapid experimentation.

- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, often complemented by an MBA from a premier institute.
