AI Product Manager / Product Engineer

We are seeking an AI Product Manager to identify, develop and implement high-value AI solutions across the business. This is a hands-on role combining AI product management, workflow redesign, business transformation and change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases.
• Redesign workflows using AI, agents and copilots.
• Translate business needs into AI product requirements and delivery roadmaps.
• Support implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, data, risk and governance teams.
• Drive AI adoption, training and workforce upskilling.
• Measure productivity, usage and business value.

About You:

• Experience in AI product management, digital transformation, consulting or process improvement.
• Proven experience implementing an AI product, AI-enabled workflow or enterprise AI solution.
• Strong workflow/process redesign and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable taking initiatives from strategy through to execution.
• An AI-native user who actively applies AI to improve their own work and can coach others.
