AI Product Manager

AI Product Manager to help build and scale AI-powered products that transform learning, assessment, work simulation, and employability.You will work closely with Product, AI, Engineering, Learning, Business, and Customer Success teams to identify user problems, define product requirements, prioritize features, and take AI products from idea to launch and continuous improvement.This role is ideal for someone who understands product management fundamentals, is highly interested in AI and emerging technologies, and can translate business and user needs into clear product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Own and support the product life-cycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from learners, employers, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business and user needs into clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Build and maintain product road-maps and prioritize features based on user impact, business value, feasibility, and available resources.
  • Work closely with AI and Engineering teams to develop and improve AI-powered product features.
  • Identify opportunities where Generative AI, AI agents, recommendation systems, automation, and personalization can improve the user experience.
  • Participate in designing AI workflows, prompts, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • Coordinate product releases, testing, UAT, and feature rollouts.
  • Define and track product KPIs including adoption, engagement, completion, accuracy, user satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Analyze product usage and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Benchmark AI products, competitors, and emerging technologies to continuously improve Sprints' product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with commercial and customer-facing teams to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Ensure AI features are practical, responsible, measurable, and aligned with Sprints' learning and employability objectives.



Requirements

Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, AI products, SaaS, EdTech, or a related role.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience writing user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of user experience and customer-centric product development.

  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • Ability to understand AI capabilities and limitations and translate them into practical product use cases.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
