Who we’re looking for who doesn’t just write specs and wait. You like getting your hands dirty. You’ve probably built a prototype in Lovable over a weekend, used Claude Code to test an idea before taking it to engineering, or sketched a flow in Figma just to see if it makes sense. You see AI tools as part of how product work gets done today, not as a side experiment.
You also think about growth from day one. You understand product-led growth, and you get excited about questions like“Why did this user sign up but never come back?” or“What’s the fastest way someone can feel the value of this product?”
What you’ll do
- Own the HiRemoters platform roadmap and decide what we build, what we skip, and why
- Use AI tools like Claude Code and Lovable to prototype, test ideas, and move faster
- Design and improve user flows, from onboarding to the moments that make users stay
- Drive product-led growth: activation, retention, and conversion
- Work closely with engineering every day, as a partner, not a ticket machine
- Talk to customers, dig into data, and turn what you learn into clear decisions
- Write clear requirements and user stories the whole team can understand
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to launch features and make sure users actually adopt them
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally on a B2B or SaaS product
- Hands-on experience with AI and no-code tools (Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, or similar)
- Basic design skills and comfort with tools like Figma
- Real experience with, or a strong understanding of, PLG and growth metrics
- Comfort working with data to measure what’s working and what isn’t
- Clear communication and a habit of working well with engineers and designers
- A growth mindset: you learn fast, take feedback well, and enjoy figuring things out
Nice to have- Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, or remote work products
- Experience building or scaling a product from early stage
