AI Programmer / AI Developer /Java Developer /SA (Financial firm/Bank)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

AI Developer

• Actively develop, integrate, and maintain Azure OpenAI and AI Agents into enterprise solutions

• Apply hands-on experience in RAG and Prompt Engineering to optimize AI model outputs

• Participate in the full SDLC for both legacy modernization and new AI initiatives

• Work as a core internal technical personnel to collaborate with external vendors

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• 2 years + solid IT application development experience

• Hands-on experience in AI platforms such as Azure Portal, OpenAI, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering (or similar platforms)

• Experience in Java EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, or REST web service is great but not a must

• Conversant with SDLC development methodology

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

System Analyst / Analyst Programmer (Fresh welcome)

• Gather and analyze requirements to recommend best-practice solutions.

• Handle system design, impact analysis, effort estimation, and detailed design.

• Support system development, SIT, and UAT.

• Manage external vendors for timely, quality project delivery.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• Experience levels: System Analyst (5+ years), Analyst Programmer (3+ years), Programmer (Fresh graduates welcome). Banking application experience required.

• Proficient in Java/C++, SQL, and Unix Shell scripting.

• Trade finance, factoring, or supply chain project experience is an advantage.

• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot or API development is a great advantage.
