AI branding & Programming

Valui Healthcare is looking for an IT and/or Marketing professional to support our AI, database, and digital marketing projects.

This role will work closely with our AI programmer, and assist with both technical and marketing-related tasks across Valui Healthcare, two agentic AI platforms: Valui Cortex, and Dr.J.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Creation & Cortex Promotion

   • Create professional social media content for Valui Healthcare and Valui Cortex.

   • Promote Cortex to aged care clients through digital campaigns, posts, brochures, videos, and client-facing materials.

   • Support the development of clear messaging that explains Cortex in a simple and business-friendly way.

2. Assist with Dr.J Development

   • Support our AI programmer in developing Dr.J, Valui’s AI business-process assistant.

   • Help prepare workflows, business logic, user instructions, testing documents, and AI knowledge materials.

   • Assist with testing, feedback collection, and improvement of Dr.J functions.

3. Database Collection & Updating

   • Collect, clean, and update nursing home and aged care facility information from Excel databases.

   • Maintain accurate contact details, facility information, decision-maker records, and sales notes.

   • Support CRM-style database organisation for future sales and marketing campaigns.

4. Comprehensive Social Media Programme

   • Design and implement a structured social media programme to promote Valui Healthcare.

   • Focus on Valui’s incontinence aids, wound care, Cortex, and Australian-made skin care products.

   • Start with the Australian market, then gradually expand promotion into Southeast Asia, the EU, the UK, and the USA/Canada.

   • Develop content calendars, campaign themes, product education posts, short videos, and brand awareness strategies.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a mix of IT, AI, database, and digital marketing skills. They should be able to understand business needs, create marketing content, support AI development, and help organise customer data.
