ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on AI Project Delivery Specialist to support multiple enterprise technology and AI projects at a major industrial site in Samalaju. This is a client-facing role where you represent our delivery team on the ground. You will understand what is happening at site, coordinate stakeholders and work closely with our remote engineering team to deliver projects successfully and on time.
No software engineering experience is needed. We're looking for someone who gets things done, delivers on commitments, stays clear on priorities and solves problems on the ground.
Key responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders at site, and coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple projects
Attend on-site meetings, conduct site inspections and understand the client's actual workflows
Gather and clarify business and operational requirements
Share client needs and site insights with the remote engineering team, and coordinate timelines, action items and dependencies
Work with the team to make sure projects meet the agreed quality, scope, requirements and deadlines
Coordinate UAT, user feedback and project acceptance
Assist with deployment, testing and basic troubleshooting at site, including bringing and installing equipment when needed
Help remote engineers diagnose issues by checking site conditions, logs, connectivity or hardware
Learn and use the Glem.ai platform to support solution delivery and configuration
Provide clear updates, documentation and escalate any issues promptly to the project team
Requirements
A degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience in project delivery, implementation or client-facing technical roles
Proven track record of managing two or more projects at the same time, delivered on time and within scope
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage different stakeholder expectations
Able to work independently as the primary point of contact at site
Willing to learn new technology and work in an industrial environment
Willing to be stationed in Samalaju, Bintulu
Work Arrangement
This role combines on-site and remote work. Some days you will be at the client’s site in Samalaju, for example for 9am meetings, site checks or installations. Other days you will work remotely.
