We are seeking a highly motivated AI / Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize prompts and workflows for Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams to create effective AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and other AI platforms
- Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for various business use cases
- Analyze AI-generated outputs and continuously optimize prompt performance for accuracy, relevance, and consistency
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Create AI workflows, automation processes, and conversational experiences
- Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and quality assurance activities
- Document prompt engineering methodologies, standards, and user guidelines
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices
- Support AI adoption initiatives through training, demonstrations, and user enablement programs
- Work with developers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications
- Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and ethical AI standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fiel
- 1–3+ years of experience working with AI tools, chatbots, automation platforms, or prompt engineerin
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP
- Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilitie
- Ability to evaluate AI responses and improve output quality through prompt optimizatio
