As an AI QE Engineer - Manager, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will use your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will inspire others by translating vision into action, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications to enhance user experiences and revolutionize industries
- Managing client engagements and fostering relationships to align software solutions with business needs
- Mentoring and guiding teams in software engineering best practices and methodologies
- Promoting technological advances and creating an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful software products
- Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures
- Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term project execution to achieve business growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 18 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering

-GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing, Prompt Engineering for QE

-Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured). Experience in connecting to MCP server.

-TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python, AWS, Azure or GCP, Test Management(Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent)
- Leading strategic initiatives in software engineering and product innovation
