Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Find and engage passive candidates for specialized roles like machine learning engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers using platforms
Technical Assessment: Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical skills, portfolios, and coding proficiencies.
Market Insight: Track industry trends, emerging frameworks (such as NLP, deep learning, and generative AI models), and competitive salary benchmarks.
Full-Cycle Management: Manage candidate pipelines from the initial outreach and screening stages through interviews and offer negotiations.
Key Requirements & Skills
Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
0-1 year related experience, fresh graduate is welcome
Experience: In technical recruiting, with a dedicated focus on data science, AI, or machine learning positions.
Technical Literacy: Strong grasp of AI terminologies, machine learning concepts, and modern tech stacks.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect effectively with high-demand technical talent and hiring managers.
