🥷 What You Will Do
- Design and implement novel AI-driven components of our platform.
- Apply state-of-the-art research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to production systems.
- Lead experiments in fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of advanced models.
- Develop efficient pipelines for large-scale data and model training.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into practical solutions.
- Publish technical articles, internal papers, and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Stay at the frontier of AI by evaluating new research and integrating findings.
⭐️ About You
This role requires a PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- PhD with strong research experience in AI/ML (NLP, generative AI, or similar).
- Proven record of publications, patents, or significant contributions to the AI field.
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in algorithms, optimization, and applied statistics.
- Hacker mentality: able to rapidly prototype, experiment, and adapt.
- Comfortable bridging research and engineering: from theory to production.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
