AI Researcher / Engineer (DeepHow AI Lab)

Job Description

DeepHow AI Lab aims to bridge learning science with practical AI applications. We are seeking talented AI/ML Researchers or Engineers to build and deploy production-level AI services, with a strong focus on fine-tuning and aligning Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for interpreting complex procedural videos and technical demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

1.Design, build, train, and deploy AI models and algorithms across a wide range of
applications, including NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, and recommendation systems.

2.Fine-tune and align Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to accurately interpret
complex procedural videos and technical demonstrations.

3.Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and product teams to deliver
production-ready AI services.

4.Maintain, optimize, and extend the capabilities of existing AI systems.

5.Collect, preprocess, and organize datasets for training and validation.

6.Participate in system design discussions, architecture planning, code reviews, and
technical documentation.

7.Troubleshoot system issues and improve model performance.

8.Work effectively in an agile development environment and embrace constructive
feedback.
