AI RevOps Analyst Intern
Description
The role:
As a RevOps Analyst intern in the PRO business unit, your job is first to simplify and automate. Every manual task is a target: you don't run a process you can kill or automate. You will:
- Simplify and automate sales operations, so the run produces itself and the team spends its time on what matters.
- Build with AI (skills, agents, workflows) instead of adding headcount or tickets.
- Equip the Sales team to build their own AI tools.
You will work directly with Adrien, RevOps PRO, who guarantees the vision, the strategy and the RevOps system as a whole. He will coach you day to day: project scoping, review of what you build, and priorities. The goal is for you to own your scope quickly.
This is a 6-month internship (an internship agreement with your school is required)!
Your Impact at Brevo:
- Monthly run, automated:
- Make the monthly cycle (performance reviews, forecast, recap) run on its own, and automate the steps that are still manual.
- Automate roster changes (joiners, leavers, squad moves) so they flow into every tool: targets, routing and access.
- Sales requests, solved at the source:
- Handle requests from AEs and managers, and turn each recurring one into an automation, a skill or an FAQ rather than another ticket.
- AI enablement for Sales:
- Coach AEs and managers to build their own skills, apps and dashboards.
- Revenue levers:
- Define the lead scoring model and improve qualification; the Forward Deployed Engineer then builds the scoring into our tools.
- Scale upsells and upgrades across the existing customer base.
What will contribute to your success:
Experience and education background:
- Engineering school, business school or an atypical path. Your AI practice matters more than your degree.
- Side projects where you automated or built something with AI are a strong plus.
AI & system skills:
- You understand how tools, data and processes fit together, and where they break. No need to code.
- You build with AI, beyond using it: you have already created skills, agents or workflows (Claude Code, Cowork or equivalent). Using ChatGPT is not enough.
Beyond the technical:
- A simplification instinct: faced with a process, your first question is "why does it exist?", not "how do I run it?".
- Business acumen: you understand a SaaS sales funnel and what moves revenue.
- Clear writing: a short, actionable spec or recommendation.
