AI Security & Infrastructure SME

Keep a 24-month government AI program secure. You work inside a federal client that handles sensitive data: defining the security architecture for on-premises AI workloads, running AI risk assessments for every use case, and keeping the program aligned with the client's security policies and ISO 42001 practices. Full time, onsite at the client's premises in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the security architecture and controls for all AI workloads on the client's on-premises infrastructure
• Run the AI risk assessment for every use case (security, privacy, ethics, model risk) and maintain the program risk register
• Review the security sections of every HLD/LLD at the quality gate; no design passes without security sign-off
• Support infrastructure readiness: sizing reviews, hardening standards, monitoring, and incident response procedures
• Keep the program aligned with the client's security policies and ISO 42001 practices; prepare evidence for audits

Requirements

• 7+ years in information security or infrastructure engineering, with 2+ years on AI/ML workloads or data platforms
• Bachelor's in cybersecurity, computer science, or IT infrastructure; CISSP, CCSP, or CISM preferred
• Experience securing on-premises or sovereign-cloud environments; government sector experience is a strong advantage
• AI-specific security: model and data access controls, prompt injection and data leakage defenses, LLM threat modeling
• Infrastructure depth: GPU server environments, virtualization, networking, identity and access management
• Risk assessment methods and control frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ISO 42001 awareness)
• Clear written English; Arabic is an advantage
